This is Windows 7 Professional x64 fully patched. I constantly get > the following message: "An error occurred during this operation". In one case changing the printer driver has worked but the others have resulted in a reimage. In order to accomodate diagnostics, I rolled back to IE6 rahter than the troublesome IE7. my review here
