In case we see the error message Internal Error 2739  follow these steps:1.     Run a command prompt in administrator mode (Start/All Programs/Accessories/ right click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator)2.     I have reg32 vbscript.dll and jscript.dll and it says they did it properly but then I try and install the program and it continues to bring up the Error 2738 message.   4. I did everything as suggested and got all the responses that were expected to appear.

It doesn't seem as easy as the registering method, but it really isn't hard if you copy and paste. All Rights Reserved. by the way, when I did the dll thing from command prompt is does say successful, yet the install still doesn't work. I've had to resatart my pc several times but I can't find a solution to the problem. Tried were: a) regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll, reboot, no change.
