Today I did a Windows restart and so far so good. Glad to hear it didn't lose the array with the update! I assume one of the drives is bad? Since it's a RAID0 config, your drives will look like gibberish to the OS if you turn off RAID. I downloaded the WD diagnostics, it found a bad spot that SMART had been trying to report.
