Or when your OS crash many time, and cause corruptions, this is a software thing, so it will be fine when the OS stop crashing, lol. So from what others have said I believe I have to replace the broken hard drive. The Intel drivers only work on Windows. Intel Matrix Storage Console because ideally I would like to still overclock my system at 3.5Ghz but obviously want to game at that speed as well. In here the drives show the reported error as well.

yup, i did that. I wonder what the consequences will be by disabling a RAID controller? Now the only thing to do is mark the drive as "Normal" and get my games working with a good over clock. I contacted Dell whom instructed me to uninstall Itunes then install "Intels Matrix Raid controller" software which got rid of the "Error" message at startup.
Upon the next reboot the problem has gone away - and has not come back since. i forgot to mention that, along with the previous problems stated, it also fixed the Quicktime Playback solution (and the iTunes problem as well, since iTunes uses Quicktime to play the Everything works now perfectly! If I remember right, there is an option name something "Fix it" when you right click on the hard drive on the Intel Consoles, and it's all good after that.

Mines at 3.43Ghz and able to install the OS without issue but some have issue's trying it. On your RAID comment, how should I overclock my system with out actually running "my system" ? They should be able to step you through exactly what needs to be done, plus get you replacement drives, assuming everything is under warranty.
