One of the thing I did notice, was that none of the programs I tried could read the SMART status of either drive. I have ran the "HD Tune Test" and there is no bad sectors, yet when reading around people have ran a program called "Intel Matrix Console" so I ran this program Anyway: I installed the Intel Matrix Storage Manager which IS compatible with my hardware (even though my hardware was very old - from 2004).
