I'm glad I found this thread, because now at least I know it's not actually a drive problem. I'd say back up what you can and just try rebuilding it from start as Raid 0 has no fault tolerance. Much like your issue, the 'status' for the raid volume is marked as 'normal', but one of the 2 physical disks that make up the volume state 'error occured (0)' while Raid Error On Boot Up It is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as complete or accurate.
