I would settle for the page that the link was on. If it is then need to figure out where networkservice having access issue. If I don't do this, none of my database calls work. The data is sent correctly, and I can manage it on my second page. Now we receive all sorts of 'access denied' or 'permission denied' errors. any other way to fix this? Has anyone else encounteredthis problem?

I've done this kind of thing plenty oftimes in the past, but I'm obviously doing something wrong this time..I've tested the Stored Proc in QA and it works fine.
