Steps: 1) Login to PL/SQL Developer 2) Go to Tools 3) Click Preferences 4) Click Connection in preferences pop-up 5) Select "Orahome90" under Oracle Home dropdown 6) Apply the changes 7)Close Toad is 32 bit and can't talk to the 64bit oracle dll. PL/SQL Developer -> Tools Menu -> Oracle -> Connection entry : Set Oracle Home and OCI Library paths.Set the OCI path tp C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_2\oci.dll2.
