It seems like PL/SQL developer was looking for OCI.dll not in the reported ORAHOME folder but in ORAHOME\bin folder. If you are not sure what I mean, can you see something in start->programs that looks like Oracle ? Home is not valid! Rivers House, Leeds. his comment is here
