  1. I have no "into the void" issues.When I used load pointfile, it marks mostly static_props I used from the CS:GO Italy props.
  2. Find the trouble area, then either fix the trouble area portal or create another one to seal the area.
  3. There is no shame in reusing something you've already made.
  4. This is probably due to lackluster optimization, mainly func_detail usage in your level.
  5. If compiling with Hammer, check the log for errors; it often will point you in the right direction.
  6. You would be looking for brushes which might be too complex.
