It installed ok on one machine, but continously fails with 'Internal error 2738' on another machine; both were upgraded from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 32-bit. I tried everything above, but to no avail, and am running Windows 7 64 bit. 1: Open your command prompt with administrator privileges 2: type in "msiexec /i X:\setup.msi /qb" where Uninstall and reinstall Go to Control Panel and select Programs and Features Select Partners Cisco Systems VPN Client and select uninstall Restart the computer Then reinstall the Cisco VPN Client again.
