One, the base certificate was removed instead of upgraded.  Two, there was a corruption that caused the private key not to be associated.

  1. View the cert in IIS again.  You should see that it is now associated with a private key.

This is not a OWA, just a secure site using certificates. Your cache administrator is webmaster. the norton 2010 free for 30 days took it off. This worked for me.
