I have run the same database etc on another server and have never had a problem yet I'm getting this 500 error several times a day with godaddy hosting. Since it's a new install, I'm going to kil and start over tomorrow with the fewest possible modules to get to job done. GD Support answers that they were all OK.

Not the answer you're looking for? Most often, programming problems cause this issue. I've setup the PERFORMANCE section of Drupal to optimize things as much as I can, and there are minimal people on the site at the time these errors occur. Anyone else had similar issues that you've solved?
