The 2nd burn was successful for me as well. If you are attempting to install Windows 7 on a system with the Skylake Chipset, you may encounter this error.

I know because I have done this twice, if you try 5, 6 or more times in a row eventually you will get the disc to run. And as for the 64bit, this is a fresh install and not you trying to upgrade 32bit to 64bit correct?
