Recovery console chkdsk /r, run Dell diags, repair install using SP2 CD first, then SP3 CD, cleaning CD, alternate CD drives, copy I386 and whole CD to harddrive (point to C:\I386 GREAT JOB & GOOD STUFF !!!!!
